We can handle all steps of design, including
microprocessor software development, circuit
board schematics and layout, circuit board
assembly, enclosures, and instruction manuals.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design |

We can look after all facets of PCB design and
assembly. We focus on surface mount technology,
separating us from other companies who are
stuck in the past with designs dedicated
to thru hole. We prefer to handle all
aspects of PCB design. When we control the
schematics and circuit board layout, we can
ensure the boards will be designed with manufacturing
and cost in mind. We are also fully capable
of assembling the boards in house.

Microprocessor Software Development |
|
We also write microprocessor code, using the
very popular PIC series of chips. Having
a large database of code at our disposal,
we can quickly program what our customer
desires. We put a great deal of effort into developing
a good user interface. We understand the
importance of good design, and that the end product
must be user friendly. Whenever possible
we incorporate firmware upgradeability, making
programming tweaks and changes easy for the
end user to implement.

Manufacturing |
|
We are fully capable of manufacturing the end
product, handling small to large orders.
What cannot be done in house is out-sourced, with production being
monitored. At the customer's
request we can take care of any enclosures
needed for the product.
